The wiki’s searches, filters, comparisons and rank calculations run in your browser. Loading a page still requests files from the site’s host.

Searches and stored preferences
You can browse the wiki without a site account. The site has no file-upload form, payment form or public comment system. Names typed into search fields are used to filter the data already loaded by the browser.
Filters can be reflected in the address bar so a view can be copied and reopened. A Pokémon detail link uses a fragment such as #pikachu. A fragment is handled by the browser; query strings can be part of requests to the host. Avoid putting passwords or private account information into a search field or shared URL.
The theme toggle stores only your selected light or dark theme in local storage. Without a saved choice, the site follows the device’s colour preference. Blocking storage does not prevent the main lookup tools from working.
Resources and hosting
- The pages request the site’s own styles, scripts, fonts, portraits and game-reference data.
- This version includes no advertising, audience-analytics or third-party tracking scripts.
- The host can process connection information for file delivery, security and service operation. Its retention practices are separate from the browser storage described above.
Images and fonts used by the interface are served with the site. Following a link to the official game, Discord, GitHub or another source takes you to that service.
Your choices and requests
Use browser settings to clear site storage, remove history entries or block local storage. Closing a tab removes its in-memory compare selections; it does not clear your browser history or saved theme.
Contact contact@pokelit.net to ask about data access, correction or deletion, or to exercise privacy rights that apply to you. Include the page and interaction involved without sending a game password. Requests about official game accounts should go to the game’s support service.
